Refund Policy 

All products must be inspected at the time of delivery. The delivery driver must be informed immediately if the order is unacceptable. A signed packing slip will be required at the time of delivery. Any problems MUST be reported on the same day of delivery. Accepted returns will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item. Customers must be present at the time of delivery to accept products. If you may have issues accepting your delivery, call us immediately to make arrangements at 808-828-0685 x20 as soon as possible. Refunds will not be provided for abandoned orders.
